We are so glad you are choosing to work with us! Your time is valuable to us as ours is to you. To ensure the best experience possible, please read our policy carefully prior to your appointment to avoid charges or rescheduling fees.
We ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule you do so at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee totaling the full amount of the booked service.
New clients will be sent an invoice upon appointment request. If the invoice is not paid in full within the time requested, the appointment is considered cancelled/denied. The booking deposit is non-refundable. We understand that life happens and certain things are out of our control. Up to 1 appointment of transfer is allowed. More than 2 cancellations will result in appointment denial.
To ensure the safety and relaxing environment for all clients and staff, we ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointments. We strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for all clients and staff. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we kindly ask that pets not be brought into the salon. The only exception to this policy is for service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are permitted in the salon when accompanied by their handler and proper documentation verifying the status PRIOR to your appointment. Support animals do not fall under this law, and we must and will follow our State Board regulations. Should you choose not to follow these polices, you will kindly be asked to reschedule and will be charged in full for the booked service amount.
Repeat offenders will not be able to make future appointments.
IIf you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee may apply.
No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service and will not be able to book future appointments.
No refunds on deposits, hair extensions, hair extension services, or services rendered.
A 3% processing fee will be applied to payments made with a credit card.
